    Perfect service example: Engineer didn't come to connect the fiber

      Hello,

       

      I came to the AIS office (Terminal 21) on Friday and submitted an application for new fiber connection for the apt. CS agent confirmed the application and we agreed on Today (Sunday 16.12) 10-12 am for engineer to come and setup the internet.

       

      As result engineer didn't come or call. Is this a common situation for you company and should I look for a better options?
