I am very disappointed with the service delivered by Serenade Club staff at Siam Paragon on Monday 10th Jan 11 at 7.30 pm. As a loyatly custoemr, I intend to settle down payment of my teleopone bill on time which I expect that Serenade should be the right place to go for the privilage that offered from your company. With your promise that the service here will be fast, excellent and accurate, from what I have experienced it totally different.
I have spent almost 1 hour waiting to be served by your staff which make me wonder why I need to use the service here if it took this long. It won' t be that differenct from the normal AIS counter service? During the time that i arrived, the traffic of the customer wasn' t that high to cost me to waste my time 1 hour just to pay for the bill. THIS IS UNBELIVEABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I star to mentioned with your staff about the time that I spent in your lounge as none of the staff taking of me. The thing that they tried to make up was the complimentary doll of AIS excuse me I am not a 3 years old what i would like to have is service excellent as you usually offered. Do you usually service like this?
However, I wish that you will value my comment by trying to improve your service which I wholeheartedly believe in your company brand standard.
